Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. The Little Giants reserves the right to amend sponsorship packages to benefit Little Giants or the sponsor.

2. The Little Giants reserve the right to reject sponsors that may be inappropriate for the event.

3. No sponsorship packages are confirmed until signed by both parties.

4. Once signed by both parties, sponsorship agreements are permanent and must be honoured.

5. Sponsorship packages must be paid in full by 13th September 2017 unless advised otherwise.

6. Sponsorship received after 13th Spetember 2017 will not include logo on already printed materials or mention in marketing messages already contracted.

7. The Little Giants are not liable for any loss or damages of sponsor’s property.

8. Any remaining funds or items of value will be donated to Youth Off The Streets.

9. In the case of the event being cancelled, all funds, goods and services will be donated straight to the charity, unless advised otherwise by donor.

10. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
